OUPV 6-pack captain
The OUPV 6-pack captain can: Firstly, carry 6 or fewer passengers. And secondly, can work on inland, or ocean waters. To clarify:
- Inland, means lakes, bays, and rivers inside the boundary line. To explain: this line is a line between the end of the jetties.
- Near Coastal means all Inland waters, and Ocean waters within 100-miles off-shore.
